Helping people through therapy is my passion. It is powerful and wonderful.

For the most part of my career I worked in Marketing within the Financial Services industry. Working in large corporate organisations can be challenging, and it can be a stressful and anxious environment. It can also be hugely motivating and satisfying as the pace of life is fast and no one day is the same.

Throughout my career, I have observed, in others, many different personality traits and behaviour patterns, both positive and negative. The effect of these behaviour patterns on others and on themselves has been deeply interesting.

I have always had a deep interest in the human condition; psychology and the mind in particular. I now work full time as a healer and therapist, helping people find calm, space, balance, harmony and acceptance in their lives.

I am a deep believer in the positive effects therapies can have on our minds, and bringing positive changes to our lives.

Having been through many of life’s ‘ups and downs’, I have, myself, experienced therapy.

As a result of my experiences with therapy, I’m now a calmer, more confident person equipped with many coping mechanisms to allow me to lead a peaceful and rich life.

And, it has led me to want to help others. Every person is individual with individual needs, so I find that tailoring my therapuetic appraoch works incredibly well. Some clients stay for only one or two sessions, and some are long term. Some benefit more from sound healing, others from talking and listening, and others a mix of everthing. We will work together to find the best outcomes for you.

I am based in Marple, Cheshire, where I live with my two children, two cats, and one dog.
